Also, if you collapse at a gym, chances are high that someone will call a paramedic. If you're walking, you will have to rely on the kindness of strangers. But mostly I walk because I like seeing new people and things and relaxing while I exercise and, hopefully, lose weight, lose fat, reduce my cholesterol, and work on a few muscles. |
